Setting up a Navegation Menu

Hi! I am trying to set up a navigation menu, now, I’ve been able to hook it up to pages, but pages seem pretty useless to me. What I want is to be able to tag blog posts as a menu title, like “your spirit” and have them feed the posts that only relate to that topic into that menu. Is this even possible??

The blog I need help with is

your body and your spirit are static pages that will never automatically update and you need to replace them with dynamic category pages.

This is an example of a static page URL. Study it closely and note that no static Page can automatically update.

This is an example of a category URL. Study it closely please and note that only dynamic category pages can automatically update.

Setting up a menu is easy as pie, provided you know the differences between Posts and Pages, and the differences between static Pages, (which will never automatically update) and dynamic Categories pages which will automatically update when you publish Posts with Categories assigned to them.

    Read this carefully

There are many common errors, misunderstandings and misconceptions when creating custom menus and there are some tweaks you can use to improve your custom menu as well.

okay, I think I understand. Thank you! Now, in order to have a custom menu, i will have to upgrade to premium correct? Unless I choose one of the other theme options you listed?

No.There is no upgrade required to have a custom menu. What I posted applies to every blog here, no matter what the theme is, and,no matter,if the blog has upgrades or not.
