Settings menu has disappeared

I just noticed that the Settings section of the menu for my blog (actually more of a cms website) is missing. I mean the section with Reading/Writing/Permalinks etc is gone. Even if I disable all plugins and switch to TwentyTen theme there is nothing below Tools on the left hand side. I also tried looking on the dashboard, as suggested on this forum entry, but I still couldn’t see anything.

When I go to http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/options.php I only get a white page with “cheatin ‘uh”, despite being logged in as an administrator.

Hi. The permalinks and the plugins are a dead giveaway that you actually have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog and that you are on the wrong forum. Follow the instructions given by the helpful supportbot to go to the right forum.

ok, thanks. I couldn’t find the .org forum yesterday, but I’ve got it now.
