I’m not sure if I’m going to address this correctly.
I am about to start writing for another site, examiner.com and they say I can use content I’ve published elsewhere on my examiner.com page. Am I able to do that with my worpress account? I am going to be writing on my wordpress blog like usual too, but if I can use a post on both pages…it would make things much easier.
Doing this is dead easy. Spammers and sploggers do it all the time. However, if you want your site to rank well I do not recommend creating duplicate content and making your blog subject to Google penalties.
Search engines aim to provide the most relevant search results possible and creating duplicate content actually dilutes and pollutes search results. It’s an extreme irritation to readers who find the same content on site after site because unscrupulous webmasters are gaming the system by aiming to manipulate rankings. http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359
