Shortcut to adding multiple images to a post?

We used to have an [IMG] option, and I really miss it. The “upload photo/media” option takes forever to load so that I can link to a photo from my online Picasa account and only does one at a time. Can we please get the [IMG] thing back? Or is there another method of doing this that I’m missing? I’ve tried typing in the IMG code, and that doesn’t work either. :-(

If you want to insert images uploaded elsewhere, you can get their URLs and use the right coding for images – see here:

I’d still rather only upload them once since I sometimes do some editing with Picnik and share other photos with friends/family that way. It keeps them all in one place, so that I don’t have to store them on my computer or camera or have to dig through posts to find a certain one.
I looked at your link, but it doesn’t tell me how to put the [IMG] button back on my blog, so I don’t really know how that will help me. ???

As for my link, it tells you how to quickly insert images by copypasting the right code in the HTML editor. You can save the code in a text file and use it each time you need it.
