I just changed my theme to Blix, which is supposed to have two columns. I can’t get the sidebar/second column to show up. Help?

also please describe what you have done already in as far as trying to make your sidebar show up. Need that and the blog url.
Is this your blog? If it is, you have a static page set as the front page; static pages on Blix don’t show the sidebar. That’s something we can’t change.
The sidebar will display for your individual posts or categories, but you need to add a posts page in Dashboard > Options > Reading so people find them more easily. If you look at this link, you’ll see the sidebar is working. http://altheap.wordpress.com/category/blogroll/poems/
My sidebar REALLY disappeared off my main page. Previous pages look ok. I can not figure this one out. Help!

On “Chew on this…” try changing the link under resource to this:

If that does not do it, set your blog to display only one post per page (options > reading) and then go through them one at a time to see which post is causing the issue.

Remove all of those (in the code tab) and the accompanying ending span tags
This was caused by copying and pasting from either another program or from the web. Always use the “paste as plain text” icon on the extended tool bar when pasting from other sources so that it will remove the formatting.
