ellaella thanks for the answer…maybe i am not being clear i want the actual image to be the link when you click it. i initially used a text widget to add the image and then added the website address, the image is there, the web address is there, but the image is not a link to the website it is a link to a page with the image on it. here is what i entered in the text widget…
<a
href=”http://whatsyourstitchnstuff.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/logo-alone.jpg”><img scr=”http://whatsyourstitchnstuff.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/logo-alone.jpg?w=66″ alt=””width=”66″ height=”96″ class=”alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-29″ />>a
href=”http://whatsyourstitchnstuff.com”>What’sYourStitch’nStuffthe first part is the image the second the website..any help would be appreciated. thanks

In the anchor tag that surrounds the image, you’ll want to change the href to the URL that you want to go to when you click on the image. At this point, you’ve told it to load the image as a page.
