    The widgets on the sidebar have inconsistent spacing and font size/type. Is there a way for the container & spacing to be the same? Is this a CSS issue or are there other widgets or ways to display them?

    Thanks

    The blog I need help with is lisarhode.wordpress.com.

    I see what you mean. You might do some “local CSS” – my term – and put a span tag inside your widget.

    So it would look like this:
    <span style=”font-size:1.5em;”>The size of this text is one and a half times the size of your capital “M”. </span>

    That’s just one example.

    That’s for inside the widget. You can’t do that in the widget title as WordPress doesn’t recognize it and will strip it out of there.

    Cheers!

    Thanks.
    Are you saying that the code can be put inside a widget? How can I get to that code?

    You can get that code right here and yes you can put it in a widget!

    <span style=”font-size:1.5em;”>
    Your text goes in here, surrounded by the “span” tags you see
    </span>

    However, you will need to learn about font size, font family, & color. I’d go to http://www.w3schools.com/css/ and read about styling text; there’s also a beginning CSS article here http://www.inenglish.us

    cheers!
