    hi there,

I am wanting to change over to sight so have been running a test blog as not to mess up my current site (http// but seem to be having problems with the header.

The header is showing cropped even though it is fine on the upload page and also it looks very fuzzy although I uploaded the recommended size.

    Can you please help?

The blog I need help with is

I’m having the same issue with the header on the sight theme being blurry even though i’ve uploaded images that are the recommended size. Any advice? :(

I want the header to look as clear as it does in photoshop; made it exactly 580 x 150, and it’s turning fuzzy when I upload it to the theme.

Ok, didn’t read everything above thoroughly. I’m just starting this blog, so I don’t have any content, but have temporarily taken the privacy setting off so you can see it:

The suggested header size is 580 x 150. I uploaded an image exactly that size and it blurs. When I look at it on the front of the blog, it actually looks like its being stretched wider than 580 pixels, so maybe that’s why it’s blurring, but if that’s the case I still need to know the correct image size.

    Please help, thanks

One last note: the “about” page for the sight theme says the main column and featured image for sticky posts is 640 pixels. The header image is stretching longer than the main column width, so it’s gotta be over 640, just not sure about the exact size and don’t want to keep guessing. :\

I am having a slightly different problem with my new blog on the sight template. I upload the header image and irrespective of whether I use the recommended size (which, yes, @headcaseoutlet, is too small for the template and must be wrong) or a larger file, the image only covers the small 580×150 pixes area and leaves the rest empty. Any advice? Thanks!

And I should have added a link to my blog, which is at
