signed up and no email

    my husband just signed up (15 minutes ago) and there is no email confirmation for him to get his password etc., now what?

  2. Check your email spam filter, it may be in there.

  4. You might have to wait till tomorrow morning and check with support. (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Pacific time) or using the "support" button in the upper right of your dashboard.
