  why is it automatically sending me to the $99 plan when I add my domain. I want the 2nd
  plan $2.99

  I found that you have two separate sites setup right now. http://www.personalchefco.com/ appears to be setup at Wix and https://personalchefcocom.wordpress.com/ has placeholder information and is setup at WordPress.com. Is your end goal to move the http://www.personalchefco.com/ site to WordPress.com instead of using Wix?

  Regarding the $99 plan, if you go to https://wordpress.com/plans/personalchefcocom.wordpress.com and click the “Upgrade” button in the personal column, the charge for that should be $35.88 for the year ($2.99 per month). Is that the button you were clicking on?
