Site has been deleted?

Add topic to favorites
I have had people tell me my site has been deleted. I tried to check my dashboard and it keeps saying:

lostinthelabyrinthh.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.

When I haven’t actually deleted this site. I really would like my blog up and running or I am tempted to start else where.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you change blog addresses? http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

You can’t recover a deleted blog URL. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Hi Timethief,

Thanks for replying here. I haven’t changed anything on my blog what so ever. I literally went on to put a post up which worked OK. I then received an email from a fellow blogger informing me that my site had been deleted. So I’m really confused as I haven’t changed anything.

Does this mean I have to start fresh?!

Hi there,

I just reviewed your account history and it appears that lostinthelabyrinthh.wordpress.com was changed to stuckinalabyrinth.wordpress.com about 10 months ago right after it was created.

Soon after that happened, the blog was deleted.

It may be that you set up another blog afterwards, however this blog has definitely been disabled for some time now. If you have another username or email address you might have used I can look that up for you.

Thanks for replying here. Yes I did change my account from stuckinalabyrinth.wordpress.com to lostinthelabyrinthh.wordpress.com which is what I’ve used for 10 months now and have had no trouble until a few days ago.

I would have used the same email address as I only changed the name of my blog. My email add is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I’m quite confused as my blog didn’t delete until Saturday night I believe and that’s 10 months after I changed the name

Thanks for the additional information! I actually was able to find another blog instance which might have been yours. I’m working right now with one of our developers to see what might have gone wrong here. As soon as I have any additional information, I will let you know!
