I need help from customer service with a site redirect. I purchased the site redirect upgrade last week and activated it only to realize I had jumped the gun by not notifying our existing subscribers first.
I canclled the upgrade (not realizing I could have just switched back to the old site as the primary domain.) I have now notified our subscribers and wish to redirect the site now but when I try to purchase the upgrade again I get an error message:
“Your blog cannot be redirected to that URL. Please make sure the URL is valid.”
I am certain that I entered the URL correctly. Can you please help?
