Site Stats-How can I see who is visiting me?

Is there a way on the Site Stats that I can actually see who is visiting my blog? For example, if they are coming in from another website, or if they have subscribed. I can’t find any instructions for this feature which I like very much.

The blog I need help with is

Followers are the number of readers following your blog and blog posts comments.

Your followers receive an update, either on their Read Blogs page or via email (or both, depending on their settings). There are several different ways that readers can start following your blog.

Go to your site stats page and click “Totals, Followers & Shares”
Click the Blog link under the number and the Site Stats » My Followers page will open. Click the Email Followers link.!/my-stats/!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=email

The subscriber stats on your site stats page show you all the users that have active email subscriptions to your blog using the built-in email notification system on They don’t include users that subscribed using a third-party subscription service or using RSS.

Not Site Stats, but you can use other stat programs that will show you location, eg Clustrmaps. You just put the code in a text widget; it needs to be simple HTML, no javascript or Flash.

Your referrals section will show you traffic from other sites that link to yours

I’m a little confused because the widget on my home page shows that I have 162 e-mail subscribers, but in my stats I can only see 8 followers. That seems like a lot of people to have not confirmed wanting their updates. Does that mean they’re not receiving them, or is there another reason I can’t see them in my stats.
