Site Stats in version 2.1.2 crashing Chrome

  1. I just updated 3 of my self hosted sites which previously had no problems. All of them, when the site stats window loads, causes Chrome to glitch (mouse movement becomes intermittent and eventually page stops responding). Is there a chance there was a change to the javascript in the site stats feature that is causing Chrome to crash?

The blog I need help with is

  2. Sorry. The title should be Site Stats in Jetpack 2.1.2.

My WordPress is up to date (3.5.1) . Also, the problem is only noticeable while my mouse is over the browser window, not while outside of the window.

  3. After some more troubleshooting, I've found it to be a problem still even after rolling back a few versions. I followed the link to the stats on and the stats give me the same problems on their site, so I am beginning to believe that it is a problem at's site rather than on the plugin.

  4. Sounds like you need to be over here:

  5. Yeah. Following the support links from Jetpack got me here and I didn't notice the .com

  6. Yes all the links direct to this forum as Jetpack support is provided by Staff. However, Staff have requested that folks with Jetpack issues post their questions to the existing Jetpack forum at, since it would be easier to keep support focused in one place as much as possible:

If you don't have a username account at, click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

  7. Thanks for the help. Since I have your attention though, I seem to have tracked the problem back to the Stats page on

When I look at any of my sites there, both .com and .org the stats page seems to choke on the javascript.

    Who supports the stats?
