Site title

  1. I would like to use the MIsty Lake theme, with my own header image (as it allows that). The problem is that if I fill in the site title, it shows up on the top left of my blog along with being in the browser tab. I am happy it is in the browser tab, but I don't want it to display as a header text on my blog.

    Is there a way to make that go away? Other than choosing a different theme which allows me the choice of displaying (or not) the header text. Thanks!

  2. Hi,

    If you have the Custom Design Upgrade then you can change it in CSS using this:

    .site-title {display: none;}

    However, if you don't have the upgrade, I don't think you'll be able to accomplish keeping the name in the browser tab and having it not show on the blog itself.

  3. Thanks for the reply. No, I don't have the Custom Design Upgrade.
    I guess I'm either stuck with it or will have to change themes. :)
