Site title

    I would like to use the MIsty Lake theme, with my own header image (as it allows that). The problem is that if I fill in the site title, it shows up on the top left of my blog along with being in the browser tab. I am happy it is in the browser tab, but I don’t want it to display as a header text on my blog.

    Is there a way to make that go away? Other than choosing a different theme which allows me the choice of displaying (or not) the header text. Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is rowan6.wordpress.com.

    Hi,

    If you have the Custom Design Upgrade then you can change it in CSS using this:

    .site-title {display: none;}

    However, if you don’t have the upgrade, I don’t think you’ll be able to accomplish keeping the name in the browser tab and having it not show on the blog itself.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks for the reply. No, I don’t have the Custom Design Upgrade.
    I guess I’m either stuck with it or will have to change themes. :)
