Slideshow background colour change

    1) I am trying to change the background on the slideshow for the theme stay theme from black to match the background colour. I have tried adding shortcode in the text editor but this does not appear to work.

    2) I am also trying to change the body text to Times New Roman – Large – which is not the list.

    Is this possible?

    Many thanks

    The blog I need help with is

    1) Even if what you tried worked, there’s no point adding code in the Text editor when you have the upgrade.
    To change the color of the slideshow bg, add this and replace 123456 with the hex you want:

    .slideshow-window {
    background-color: #123456 !important;
    border-color: #123456 !important;

    To remove it completely, add this instead:

    .slideshow-window {
    background-color: transparent !important;
    border-color: transparent !important;

    2) The available custom fonts use a new technology that allows them to show although they’re not installed in our computers. You can use other fonts too, but in that case the browser uses the fonts installed in the visitor’s computer, so you should only use ‘web-safe’ fonts (i.e. fonts installed in practically all computers), and TNR is one of them.
    If by “body” you mean the content of your posts and pages, add this:

    .entry-content, .entry-summary {
    font-family: 'Times New Roman',Times,serif;

    Many thanks – I have tried the code and the site looks great now. My client will be happy!

    Will get to work on the font now. Thanks again – quick reply
