Slideshow expands to cover page

I recently added a slideshow to my blog (, on the post called “A Bit of a Splurge”), and the slideshow has expanded horizontally to cover a portion of the site in black. I’ve waited several days to see if this problem will go away on its own, to no avail. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I noticed that the slideshow expanded right after I added a new post. Will I need to delete the slideshow in order to restore my site, or is there another way to fix the problem?

The blog I need help with is

I’m afraid I’m not seeing this problem. What’s your monitor resolution? It might be set to the old-fashioined, narrow standards, and that might be causing the problem for you.

That might be it. My PC is rather old-fashioned. I have posted slideshows previously, though, and I haven’t experienced this issue.

Update: I’ve removed the slideshow to keep my site normal-looking; I know this makes it harder to diagnose the issue. Has anyone else had this problem with slideshows?

You’re using Rounded. The slideshow doesn’t work very well in flexible-width themes in general. If you’re interested in posting slideshows, you’d better try a fixed-width theme.

(Since I saw your post on theme change and “personality”, let me point out that there are several new themes in which you can change the background color or add a background image.)
