Someone hacked my account. What I can do to recover my account? Will someone help me? I will be eternally grateful. The 9th of July a hacker entered to my account named lolomorales, he changed my password, deleted my blog and hacked my blog Now I can not access to my account lolomorales and I’m very distressed. Thanks for your help in my case. My email is (email redacted) and my other alternative email is (email redacted)

I can prove I am the rightful owner of the account named lolomorales I was stolen on July 9th and hacked and deleted my most important blogs. Thank you.

Member reports of blog hacking amount to situations where people refused to follow the recommendation to have only a single Admin. They are also situations wherein the blogger was not careful about choosing secure strong passwords and/or are ill advised enough as to leave their log-in information where others can find and use it or simply guess what it is. We Volunteers cannot help you. Change your password to a secure one now.

When Staff reactivate the support link use this link to contact them > After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Accounts here are not “hacked.” What typically happens is they guess your username and password. Always make sure your passwords are very strong.

I’ll tag this thread for staff attention, but if they don’t respond today, contact staff directly Tuesday after they reopen the contact form at 12pm UTC. Search for anything at all on the contact page and then scroll down to the bottom and click the “no” button and the contact form will appear.

Note that if the content that was deleted had been indexed by Google previous to the deletion then you can retrieve it by copying and pasting it from Google’s cache into new posts.

What does your age or location have to do with anything? You will have to contact staff, as you’ve been instructed.

Volunteers here in the forum have no super powers. We cannot help you. Contact staff as I suggested above. That is the ONLY way this will get resolved.
