sorting order

how can I sort posts ascending instead of descending
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but there is no button you can click and reverse the order of post display. If you wish you can fudge the date stamp on each and every post but that’s your only means of doing what you suggest.
Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool and you cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Readers arrive to read our most recent posts. In the case of my blog that means they don’t have to slog through over 800 posts to locate the most recent one.
See here for the option of creating a book-like structure > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
You could use a sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

that was helpful already. one more question then — how can i make sure that first (frontpage) shows only one post (the sticky one). not 5 or 10, just first sticky one?
thank you

thank you for response. unfortunately this did not work out. my first aticle, called “.. part 1” is set to stick. now i published part 2 and you can see it at front page.

unfortunately, no. i have it setup to “1”, and as you can see 2 posts are showing up on the frontpage.
