Spam Suggestion for Bloggers
I’ve been getting an awful lot of spam lately of this format:
Wow that was unusual. I just wrote an incredibly long comment but after I clicked submit my comment didn’t show up. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all that over again. Anyway, just wanted to say excellent blog!Moreno Valley Roof Contractors, 22440 Mountain View Rd., Moreno Valley, CA 92557 – (951) 999-4300
Now, I have Skype. And I am making an educated guess that the companies listed in these spam comments have paid some dope $$$ to get their information on a ton of websites: they have almost certainly neglected to say “and don’t spam! do this legitimately!” So my suggestion for everyone who has Skype or a calling plan where calling US numbers is free is that everyone call these numbers and ask about why those businesses have left spam comments on our blogs.
And ask who they hired to do their web advertising work. I’d be very, very interested in that information both as a blogger and as a journalist.
The blog I need help with is raincoaster.com.
Here’s another one. There are only a handful that I’m getting, so we should be able to ID them all.
Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance. I must say you have done a fantastic job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Safari.
