Stats graph not displaying
-
Hi,
recently my stats graph has not been displaying properly, there are no columns. If I move my mouse over it shows info but it’s frustrating not to see the bars. Otherwise my stats seem to be fine, is it a browser issue? Is anyone else having the same problem?
thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

having the exact same issue, just found your post before I posted about this myself. I use google chrome, what about you?

I do use chrome, and I’ve just tried IE and can’t even log in to wordpress! Hate IE too…

I have the exact same problem. I usually use Chrome with no problems though, so I don’t know why it would suddenly be a browser issue? Does this perhaps have something to do with the stats view they are talking about changing (where you can only view your stats on the Dashboard)?

Hello all. Just jumping in to your conversation. I’ve got a wordpress.com site, too, and in the past week, the Stats Page has stopped working. Two days ago, I published a new chapter to the book I’m writing: I got two positive comments via email; yet, according to wordpress.com, no one is looking at my blog. I wonder what is happening?

These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
confirming Flash is updated http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browserIf those do not work for you then we need to know
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
