Steats not showing, double entry in database
Dear Jetpack team,
please check your database. It seems that I have registered the URL MBA-journal.de twice. The stats of user bschwertfeger are not showing although they are available somehow online (unter another user)
It is mandatory to keep the stats (do not delete it please) and recover the access of user bschwertfeger please.
The blog I need help with is www.mba-journal.com.
I can’t see where MBA-journal.de is actively connected to Jetpack. Can you make sure the plugin is connected so we can take a closer look at this situation.
this really concerns me since we are connected since more than 5 years.

@bschwertfeger is the original user’s tag who is connected.
I found one issue myself. Within the config of Jetpack I can exclude that the author can see the stats. Enabling solved the issue that my authors cannot access the stats. Nevertheless within the profile on WordPress.com it is indicated that we have 2 websites, although there is only one. Is this a misconfig?
Further, is there any FAQ how to connect Jetpack correctly? Is it needed to connect every user individually or does jetpack connect only once, normally by the admin?

Are you seeing any other site under your account? If so, what’s the address?
