Still billed with manual renew settings

  1. Even though my Upgrade settings are set at Manual Renew, I was still billed for an Upgrade renew. I also received an email prior to the billing explaining that my domain would expire if I didn't renew, but was still billed anyway. I no longer want the domain.

    Very sorry about the unexpected billing. I'd be glad to cancel the domain and issue you a full refund. Before I proceed, please note that canceling a domain may mean you can never get it back.
