Still not able to log in with iPad

  1. I posted this question over a month ago, followed the instructions and post the same question under ios forum...a rep then referred me BACK to this forum.

    I still cannot log in with the iPad or from my Android phone, using the WordPress app or going directly to the browser.

    The last forum was closed yet my issues has NOT been resolved:

    for some reason I am having issues on the iPad yet can easily access my blog on another laptop. Noticed it after I tried to attach a picture to a blog and schedule the post on the iPad. Hours later I was not able to upload the post or log in. I have deleted the wordpress app from the iPad and re installed, still cannot log in. Checked for updates, it says version 2.9.6. Am I missing an update? Not sure if its something I did...

    I'm sorry but the main dashboard isn't designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers. This is the link for the ios forum >

  2. I don't have an iPad. I have flagged this thread for Staffa attention and that's all I can do for you.

  3. Have you tried using your email address instead of your username to log in?

  4. ??? Of course! I've tried my email and username...again the issue is NOT with the account its not being able to log in using the iPad or smartphone. Have the apps on both devices yet wont let me access my account.
    Have no issues using the PC which I am on now.
