Howdy! Each fall and spring I teach a business blogging class using your free software. A student in my class on Nov. 7 began setting up her account and then lost connectivity. When she tried to resume the setup, the system kept giving her the message that her email account was already in use by someone else (this lady doesn't even have a cell phone, so all of this is REALLY freaking her out). Is there anyway to reset her account so I can help her when she comes back to class on Nov. 14th? Here name is Betty Henrichson and her email is [email redacted]. I would SOOO appreciate your help with this matter...I want her to be successful. BTW, she didn't have a password set or anything like that...only her email address was in place. Thanks!
