Subscribers are not getting email notifications of new posts

  1. Subscribers for our blog are not receiving email notifications that a new post is being made. I am on their as a subscriber myself and am not receiving them.

    I checked your account and you aren't currently subscribed to any blogs (including your blog). You can visit the blog and click the "Follow" link there to subscribe to it. We have more about that on our Following Blogs support page.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  4. I am subscribed with my person email as I am also a parent in this group, as well as the teacher. Many of them said they are no longer getting email alerts.

  5. Can you please give me specific examples of email addresses that aren't receiving updates? With those examples I can investigate this further for you. (You can put those email addresses in your reply and they will be hidden from everyone except staff.)

  7. I posted earlier with the same problem. Notifications aren't getting through to subscribers.

    Thanks for that example. most recently emailed that address about this new post on your blog:

    If you didn't get that email, can you please check the spam/junk folder at that address to see if the email ended up there?
