Subscribers don't seem to be getting my posts

I suspect my subscribers are not getting notice of my posts. For the last couple of weeks my site stats have been terrible. I put up a new post today and got 43 views so far – with over 1500 subscribers. And after being Freshly Pressed last week. I routinely got over 200 hits on a new post before.
I wonder if it has anything to do with going from pegoleg.wordpress.com to pegoleg.com a couple of weeks ago in order to be able to host ads. Is there something I needed to do to move subscribers over to the new address?
I would really appreciate your help – I’m dying out here!

Me again – do I/did I need to install Jetpack? Some stuff I read says it’s included, and some seems to indicate staff have to manually transfer over my subscribers when I switched from wordpress.com to just .com. Any help is appreciated.
