There is no option for subscription on my blog page and those that somehow managed to subscribe, do not get the blogs at all. Among the over 300 subscriptions, all of them failed to successfully remain subscribers. Their trials were doomed from the start because WordPress failed them. I tried to get help from many specialists on i page and they finally told me that the problem lies with you. My question is, can you place an easy to understand Subscription option for my readers? Can you make all those that tried to subscribe to work it for them?
The blog I need help with is www.lessons-from-words-of-life.com.
Your website seems to be using the open-source WordPress.org software, you need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites only. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
The Jetpack plugin that you’re using to connect your site to WordPress.com has subscription options built in, but you need to set it up before anyone will be able to use it. I see no blog subscription widget set up on your site.
For more help with that, please contact Jetpack support directly.
@gracema2002, subscriptions are not a feature of the open source WordPress software, but are always added to a site via a plugin, so the general WordPress.org support forums are not the best place to send someone for help with this issue.
