Subscription Renewal

    I am trying desperately to renew my domain subscription. The domain was recently transferred to me by the domain owner as he set it up on my behalf. This is the first time I have had to do this personally and I am not finding your site particularly user friendly. I do not want to upgrade, I just want to renew the subscription I have held for the past year. I can’t find how to do this. Also I found an option to add a credit card. I only have a company debit card and the site doesn’t appear to want to accept it. Can someone explain in simple language how I can renew my subscription please. And I thought that if I clicked on the button for help, I would be emailing a ‘happiness engineer’ not a public forum!

    I can see that domain on one of your sites, but it’s still owned by another user. Do you know whether the two of you completed this process?

    Noting too, paid plans come with direct support, and the community forums are for users with free sites. You’re supposed to have at least a personal paid plan if you have a custom domain hosted here with us, but some older sites with domains only have been grandfathered in. If you can manage it, I’d highly recommend a Personal plan at least, as that will give you private support and remove banner ads.
