en WordPress.com Forums › Themes Suburbia Theme Layout Issue Author Posts June 27, 2012 at 6:21 pm #929933 musodumoMember We recently changed themes and are now using “Suburbia,” which we like a lot except for one thing: Best practices mandate having sharing icons near the top of the main blog page. We have been unable to add our icons anywhere near the top of either the main landing page or the individual post pages. The upper righthand corner displays the tagline text (Settings > General), which does not accept html. This is wasted space for our blog. Does anyone have a suggestion for a workaround? (Keep in mind we do not have access to the raw code.) Thanks. The blog I need help with is blog.humbleabode.com. June 28, 2012 at 12:19 am #930200 sixhoursStaff Hi there! Unfortunately there is no option to add social media icons or HTML to the upper right corner of Suburbia. You could add them to one of the other sidebar areas (although I know those aren’t near the top of the theme). Appreciate your paying attention! Cheers. July 12, 2012 at 12:58 pm #930270 mimoriartyMember I’ve another kind of layout problem. I changed to Suburbia 2 days ago. It renders 2 sticky post, which is right to me, and then 6 or 7 posts instead of ten, which it’s weird. mimoriarty.wordpress.com Author Posts The topic ‘Suburbia Theme Layout Issue’ is closed to new replies.
