Suggestions for building a bigger subscription base

  1. Hi all,

I've had my blog for one year now (yesterday was my blog birthday), and I've slowly grown a following thanks to friends, family and a stint on Freshly Pressed back in January. 2. You have a lot of subscribers already. A nice round 100, I'm jealous. But congratulations on that. You're doing something right to get that many people interested in you.

For what it's worth, leaving comments on other people's blogs, always responding to comments, posting on blogs similar to your own, subscribing to blogs yourself, and continuing to post on the forums will help. I'm sure they wouldn't ask much except that you do the same for them.

With a decent sized following already, you really have a lot more opportunity to use your existing fanbase to your advantage. Good luck. 100 subscribers is nothing to sneeze about.
