I just got an email asking me to rate the person that reponded to my post. I was hoping that after I selected my response I could clarify with a comment, but no, I could not. I do not want my extreme frustration with trying to get support from wordpress to be reflected on this one person. Having a 3 response option without the opportunity to comment is not really fair to the person who provided the support.
I tried hard for days to figure out how to pay for our domain as the domain expired when the person who had set it up was out of town for an extended period. I kept looping in circles on the support site tryiing to figure out how to contact WordPress directly. Finally someone sent me an email about my post, so my frustration is not really related to the staffperson who responded, it is related to my attempts to find timely support.
