Suspeneded blog now deleted (I cant' find it) and charged for bundle upgrage
Hello – I had a blog named breeonbrie.com that i paid for a bundle for on wordpress last year. My renewal notice came up and i opted to renew. My blog was suspended however I was still charged for the bundle renewal. After this my blog appears to have been deleted – does not show in my dashboard and the page shows suspended. Either reinstate my blog or refund the renewal. Anyone else had this issue??
The blog I need help with is breeby.com.
We Volunteers cannot help you.
Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums, where threads are indexed by Google and are available to everyone on the internet.
You have a warning notice with a link — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach them at the bottom of this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
If you have already contacted Staff, the Terms of Service department certainly received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

Note: The refund can take 1-2 weeks to post back to your account.
This blog is fully deleted – when i attempt to resolve anything with it The page for the suspension opens and nothing else.
As you cannot access the blog to request the refund I have also tagged this thread for a Support Staff follow-up.
