Terms Of Service

  1. You guys shut me down at over the weekend over an issue about advertisement. The blog has been restored since about 3pm Eastern, but I still have not received any communication from you about what particular issue you want dealt with, or if there is a particular piece of ad copy you want removed. How am I supposed to fix this if you won't tell me what you want fixed? I have a flawless record of compliance for four years, and the way you shut me down Friday night was pretty heavy handed. Communication prevents misunderstandings. Russell Longcore

    We volunteers answering support questions here can't help you. You have a warning notice with a link — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach them at the bottom of this page

    If you have already contacted Staff, the Terms of Service department certainly received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

    Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums.
