How can we change box color and box font color?
How to display the testimonial name (title) below of each box wider (width as wide as the box belox)?

Hi Raphael, add the following and adjust my obnoxious demo colors as desired.

    background: #cc0000;
}
body:not(.search) #page .jetpack-testimonial.hentry .entry-content, .jetpack-testimonial-shortcode .testimonial-entry-content {
    color: #0077ff;
}

For the title below, add the following.

.testimonial-entry-column-2 .testimonial-entry-title {
    max-width: 100%;
}
.jetpack-testimonial-shortcode .testimonial-entry-title {
    margin-right: 0;
}
