The appearance of my blog has malfunctioned

  1. One of my blog posts has stretched to take over the entire blog and pushed everything else to the bottom. I've tried deleting it (and unfortunately my only comment so far with it!!) only to find it is replaced by the next one down. I put it back up and it took its place back stretching across the blog.

It happened after I removed the featured image from a couple of my posts.

Can anyone plleasssee help me with this asap???

The blog I need help with is

  2. Is this the blog? I don't see anything wrong with it at all.

  3. No sorry... My other link was there so thought it would come up. I have another blog - it's Although after I put the featured images the alignment has sorted itself out but the featured images look stupid (on posts about the film A Separation, another one about Salma Hayek and the third one about MidEastTunes - you have to scroll down to see them).

Any ideas what on earth is going on by any chance?

  4. It's best to be super-precise when giving URLs. Yours is

You'll want to go to Dashboard->Settings->Writing and select "Wordpress should correct invalidly nested XHTML" and save. Then go to Dashboard->Posts and select all posts down to and inclluding the one messing up, and change them to Drafts. Then change them back. That forces the XHTML setting to work on those already-done post, and what that does is it fixes any HTML errors in your blog.

  5. I am having a similar problem. I checked under Settings, Reading, Front Page, I have checked latest blog, but a static blog appears.

  6. That doesn't sound like the same problem AT ALL. Can you describe it in further detail? I see lots of posts on your front page.
