the blog and the add post page do not open

    Dear support team,

    I tried accessing, as well as my blog at, but they do not open. The only way to access the page is through a search engine. This has been going on for a couple of days, and while I was able to add posts and edit them, since this morning I am unable to access these options. I’ve tried accessing the pages from various devices, and the result was the same. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

    Hi Miroslav, could you please let me know what country you’re located in, and what ISP you’re using?

    Are you in a residence or office?

    Is there any firewall or proxy in place?

    Could you please try running a traceroute using the steps outlined here:

    In Windows, you can run a traceroute as follows:

    1. (Windows 7 or Vista) From the Start Menu, in the search field, type cmd, then press ENTER to open a Command Prompt window.
    (Previous versions of Windows) From the Start menu, click Start > Run, type in cmd and hit ENTER.
    2. Type in “tracert” (without quotes) and press ENTER.
    3. When it has finished, and even if it looks as though it is going to hang, allow it to finish, right click in window and select MARK. Then, select all of the text in the command prompt window and press ENTER.
    4. Paste it in your reply.
