The blog I wrote won't save. No details on the settings page. Blog won't load.

    I wrote a blog past last night and it still says “loading”. Nothing has been saved. I have a small red dot in the upper right corner next to the bell, but when I click on it, the page won’t load. I tried to fill out a contact form for help, but nothing loads on that page.
    I shut down and restarted my computer. Still, nothing.

    What is going on??????? Does that red dot mean there is a notification of something wrong with my account? If so, I can’t see it. Do these free pages expire???
