The blog I need help with is barnabasproject.wordpress.com.

The total followers includes your Publicize connections, so in this case, 147 from Facebook.
This is very misleading, and in any case I don’t understand how I can have any ‘publicise’ connections. I haven’t authorised any on the settings/sharing page. I haven’t even got a facebook account. How can I turn this off?
It would appear that you or one of the other users connected the blog to https://www.facebook.com/lenny.anderson3
We consider your Facebook followers to part of your total followers, as they are following you via Facebook and will see the posts sent there via Publicize.
I forgot to add that the user who connected it can disconnect it via Settings -> Sharing in the blog’s Dashboard.
