I’ve been told that The Morning After theme somehow allows multiple featured posts. There seems to be no clear documentation about this. Does anyone know how to do this? The net effect would be to show more than one post at a time from a given category. The goal is to show more than one post, in reverse chronological order. Thanks very much.

The blog I need help with is practicalgrintuition.com.

There is very clear and illustrated documentation provided here > Guide to the Morning After Theme

Thanks, timethief. The reason I posted the question is I’d already looked at that section and couldn’t find it.

My post has a screenshot, with the featured posts section clearly marked. Couple of lines below that screenshot it says:

Featured posts are any number of posts you decide to showcase by marking them as stickies.

And the word “stickies” links to the Support doc on how you turn a post into a sticky.

Thanks, justpi. That’s at least one solution I didn’t know about. Making WordPress.com work for people who prefer not to be coders would only happen with users like you and timethief. I’ve read more documentation than many people, from many, many companies, but in this case it wasn’t straightforward for *me* to find. Is there not a way to feature posts *by category* instead of stickies?

No I am sorry but there there isn’t. I provided up front what was relevant and there’s nothing more that we can provide. :(

If you’d like to feature posts by category, you need the Nuntius theme:
