Hello all! I'm new to the blogging community, but am thrilled about this new project. I'm a writer/grad student/teacher/avid CrossFitter in Central PA and I've decided that I want to contribute to the global CrossFit community by adding to current discussions on training, health, and life in general. I hope to provide some insight, some motivation, and just a healthy dose of quirk to my readers' daily lives. I welcome any tips for improving readability or generating a large readership.
