Theme design tool not loading

  Theme design tool not loading since this morning. Tried clearing cache/ cookies and opening on three different browsers on Troy different computers. When I click “Customize” under Theme admin, I’m redirected to a page that says “Design Tool Loading…”, but it gets stuck here. Anyone thoughts?

  Use the main dashboard sidebar: the Customize tool simply brings together various options that are already available elsewhere (you upload a header image in Appearance > Header, set a static front page in Settings > Reading etc). What exactly would you like to do?
  And what browser and version are you using?
