“Theme finder” suggestions

Hi, hope this is the right forum — my suggestions are theme-related but not related to any specific existing theme, rather to finding themes.

I noticed in a couple of comments elsewhere, people commented favorably on one theme or another having a serif font. That intrigued me because that’s something I always look for in a theme — I just strongly prefer serif fonts for text. Maybe “serif font” could be added as a feature filter in the Browse Themes function?

The other suggestion would probably be a lot more complicated, but do you think it might be possible to work up an “If you like __________, you might like __________, __________, __________” feature? Something like that would have helped a lot this week when I decided to switch one of my blogs from PressRow. I eventually found that Vigilance has basically everything I liked in PressRow, but it took a lot of trial and error to reach that conclusion.

The blog I need help with is flamingcatheads.wordpress.com.

Now, I have no way of knowing what sort of blog you have without a link—we volunteers need that when you ask a question here—so I’m guessing that you have a WordPress.COM blog (WordPress.ORG is separate and very different).

But, for wp.COM, this blog is just the ticket:

    Yes, sorry, it’s WordPress.com: http://flamingcatheads.wordpress.com/

I’m also one of the authors of http://3catalogers.wordpress.com/ , but since Flaming Catheads is my very own solo blog, it’s the one I feel free to tinker around with. I’ll check out that link, thanks!
