theme is jumbled and doesn't match what I was sold

    Paid for the upgrade, bought a theme and the theme is jumbled and doesn’t match what I was sold. Any ideas? It’s also missing the top tap bar.

    I so frustrated. Wish I had stayed with Network Solutions. They actually answer their phone.
