Theme: Nishita by Brajeshwar…weirdness

    I am using the Nishita theme which has thumbnails of my top ten posts at the bottom of the page. About 12 hours ago, the thumbnails were all replaced by my blavitar! The links to the top ten posts still work, but I now have 10 photos of myself at the bottom of my page. Anyone know what is going on? I would hate to appear like an ego maniac to my followers. :)

    This is happening to me as well … I’d assumed that the Nishita folks knew about it … I’m commenting here to that I’ll be included in the thread and with, hopefully, a solution quickly. Thanks for reading my mind mrbisogno! Dave

    First, there are no “Nishita folks”: when a theme is adopted by wordpress.com, the original designer of the theme has nothing to do with the version we use.
    Second, this isn’t a theme issue anyway, it’s a widget issue, and many users have (unnecessarily) created several threads on this. You can remove the widget and wait till WP take heed and fix things.

    I can understand why. It’s pretty embarrassing to have ten photos of your own mug on your blog, and they want it taken care of right away.
