Hi.

I’ve got many articles and I want to put the abstrac of my articles instead of my entire artcle when someone come in my site but i really don’t know how to do.

Could you help me

Hi,

Some themes display excerpts of posts on the posts (or “blog”) page. You might consider switching to such a theme. If you want to remain with the theme you are presently using, then the best option would be to insert a More tag in each post at the point where you would like it to be truncated on the posts page. You have a couple of choices.

1 – Switch to a theme that displays excerpts on the blog by default, as musicdoc1 suggests. You’ll find a list of those themes here:

2 – Choose a theme that supports excerpts via the new Content Options panel in the Customizer. Learn more about Content Options and find a list of supported themes (so far) here:

3 – Something Fishy doesn’t support either of the above two features, so if you want to keep this theme you’ll need to use the More tag, as musicdoc1 mentioned above.
