"This site does not provide identity information!" shows up in address bar?

My wordpress site doesn’t send identity information to users and they get a warning message about it when they attempt to view my site. What is that all about? People see the exclamation point in the address bar and think my site is unsafe. Why does this happen? don’t you provide that information? And to whom is this provided? I am lost here- but I need to fix this to continue growing my readership. They need to TRUST me.

The blog I need help with is shortlittlerebel.wordpress.com.

Will you please get them to email you a copy of the exact error message they receive? Alternatively a screenshot for Staff to examine would be helpful. I’ll tag this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

Can you confirm what address users are visiting for your site?

They should be using this address: http://shortlittlerebel.wordpress.com/

If they use an address with https at the beginning, they may see an error like the one you described. You can use HTTPS to connect to your dashboard securely, but for your blog itself you’ll want to use the address above.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
