Today's Custom Design Upgrade

  1. my site is now self hosted and I think the one is pointing to the new site so I don't need the Custom Design upgrade previously purchased? There is no way to cancel it or deactivate it. Can you reverse this charge?

  2. provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  3. Ok what happens if the person who purchased the product is no longer working with us? I am trying to change the admin to myself.

  4. That person must add another username account as an Admin and transfer the blog to that usernname account by use of this process.
