Toolbar not showing up when logged in

    I’m logged in as always, but the bar across the top does not show up. It’s as if I’m logged out. And in other sites of mine hosted by WP.com, the notifications are not appearing. Just get the little round circle to hypnotize me. I’m using OSX/Opera browser. It’s working in FireFox, but I need it working in Opera. Help!
